Create New Signature: Click "New" in Outlook and paste the HTML into a fresh signature
Paste into Email First: Create a new email, paste the HTML, then copy the rendered signature
Download & Open: Use "Download HTML File" button, open in browser, then copy the visual signature
Partial Paste: Try pasting just the table structure first, then add content gradually

The "Copy Rendered Signature" button copies the visual signature (not raw HTML) so it should work perfectly in Outlook! If you still have issues:

Method 1: Create a new signature (click "New" button) and paste the rendered signature there
Method 2: Use the "Download HTML File" button, open in browser, and copy the rendered signature
Method 3: Try pasting into a new email first, then copy from there to the signature editor
